Shipping policy
We are a slow fashion brand and most of the collection is permanent to allow you to have a conscious and reflexive purchase.
Delivery options for online shopping:
1. Not in stock garments:
Part of the collection is manufactured on demand, meaning we do not have pieces in stock.
And also, due to specific alterations we will manufacture the garment specifically for you.
Usually the fabric stock is already in our atelier, so it will take up to 3-5 weeks for us to get your garment ready.
In case the fabric is not in stock, it can take up to 3 months.
2. In stock garments:
If there is a unit already made, our garments are prepared and shipped from Paris or Barcelona. Orders will be shipped within 10 working days after completing your purchase.
Stock availability is constantly changing, in case you want to know about stocks and shipping lead times before purchasing, please send us an e-mail to hello@louisrubi.com , always indicating the garment or garments you are interested in.
To take into account:
Shipping is complimentary for orders over 400€ within Europe and over 500€ to the United States.
For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the destination.
Delivery & tracking
Your order will be prepared and dispatched once all pieces in the order are ready. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your DHL tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, customs clearance and circumstances beyond our control. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, public holidays or carrier-related issues.
If an order contains several products, the order will be shipped once all garments are ready, so that you receive your pieces together whenever possible. If a different arrangement is required, our team will contact you.
Customs duties & import taxes
United States & Canada
Customs duties and import taxes are included in your order. There should be no additional customs charges to pay upon delivery.
DDP countries
For the following destinations, applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. LR3 will take care of the necessary customs documentation and clearance on your behalf:
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Israel, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Slovakia, Türkiye and the United Kingdom.
Other international destinations
For countries outside the European Union and not included in the list above, customs duties, import taxes and any local customs or handling charges are not included in your order and are not collected by LR3 at checkout.
These charges, if applicable, are payable by the recipient directly to the carrier or local customs authorities upon importation. The amount varies according to the destination country's regulations and cannot be determined or controlled by LR3.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or related charges required for delivery. If these charges are not paid and the parcel is refused, abandoned or returned to LR3, the order will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.
Delivery address
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete when placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
For certain destinations, DHL may require a signature upon delivery or additional information from the recipient to complete customs clearance.
International deliveries
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your order may be subject to the customs and import regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into their country of residence.
